To be eligible for a return, products must:
Be returned within 14 days of delivery;
Be in good condition;
Be free from damage, misuse or excessive wear;
Include all original accessories, manuals and packaging where possible.
Free Returns
Senior Solutions provides free return shipping on eligible products within Australia.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused if a product:
Has been damaged after delivery;
Shows signs of misuse, neglect or abnormal wear;
Has been modified or repaired by an unauthorised party;
Is missing major components or accessories;
Cannot be resold due to its condition.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to repair, replace or otherwise resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
