Warranty Policy
At Senior Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products. All eligible products purchased from Senior Solutions include a complimentary 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal domestic use.
Standard 12-Month Warranty
Our standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use within 12 months from the date of purchase.
If a product develops a fault covered under warranty, Senior Solutions will, at its discretion:
Repair the product;
Supply replacement parts;
Replace the product; or
Provide another suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Extended Warranty Options
Customers may choose to purchase additional extended warranty coverage at the time of purchase where available. Extended warranty terms and pricing vary by product and will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear;
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse or accidents;
Improper assembly, modification or unauthorised repairs;
Damage resulting from commercial or rental use unless otherwise stated;
Water damage, fire damage or environmental exposure;
Failure to follow product instructions or maintenance requirements.
Consumable Items
Consumable items are excluded from warranty coverage unless required under Australian Consumer Law. Examples of consumable items include:
Batteries;
Tyres and tubes;
Inner tubes;
Light bulbs;
Fuses;
Brake pads;
Upholstery subject to normal wear;
Other components expected to wear over time.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:
Your order number;
Proof of purchase;
A description of the fault; and
Photos or videos where applicable.
We aim to assess warranty claims as quickly as possible and may request additional information to assist with diagnosis.
